Facilitate was founded in 2002 by Ann Dieckman and Alan Bromley. The company currently has a team of over 20 people based in its offices in the North Laine area of Brighton, UK. The primary objective of founding the company was to offer a more cost-effective and personalized service. Facilitate's philosophy is best summed up by its mission statement:
