Planning successful medical meetings is something of an art. Developing a scientific program that will support your product messages, and recruiting authoritative faculty who can help deliver those messages, are fundamental steps in the planning process. For a stand-alone meeting it is important to select an appropriate venue, and if it is an event at an existing congress it is vital to work in harmony with the scientific secretariat to secure the best opportunities for your product.   • We have an online registration system that allows physicians and client personnel to register via our web site, and our clients to view attendance status.
  • We have one of the best delegate management software programs which we use to run events more efficiently.
  • Audiovisual support is provided either by local suppliers (sometimes with a UK producer) or through our network partners, AVT.
We know our limitations too, so we will not take on any event that we feel is beyond our current capabilities.
